The Collaborator History feature provides a detailed log of changes made to project collaborators, helping you track who was added, removed, or had their permissions updated — along with timestamps and the responsible user. Only the project owner will have access to this functionality.
- Navigate to the Collaborators tab within your project
- Click the History button (clock icon) in the top right corner
The log is organized into columns:
- Timestamp: The date and time the action occurred.
- User: The collaborator affected by the action.
- Action: The specific change made (e.g., added as a collaborator, removed, or permissions updated).
- Changed by: The user who performed the action.
Common Actions Tracked
- Added as a collaborator: A user was invited to the project.
- Removed from this project: A user was removed from the project.
- Updated permissions: A collaborator’s access level or permissions were adjusted.
