You can export the entire dataset, a selection of variables, or a subgroup using filters.
Go to the dataset window.
Click on the three dots on the right side of the screen and select "Export dataset"
Choose which variables you would like to export (By default, all are marked)
If you have any active filters, only this part of your dataset will be exported.
Choose the file type you want to export
Define whether values or labels should be exported for categorical variables
Choose whether variables of type Category Multiple should be separated into different columns
Choose whether you want to include system-generated variables (e.g., Entry ID) in your export
Choose whether the variable type should be defined in the column name of your export file
Click "Export"
If you are an invited collaborator (not the project owner), your permissions to export data may be limited (See "Set permissions" and "View my permissions").
Be aware that if you are exporting sensitive data, your download destination must be a safe place to store such data.
NB: Variables of type "Time (duration)" will always be exported as microseconds, even if this was not the initial time format.
