You can create statuses from a categorical variable in your dataset.
If this is the first status in the project, select the "Create statuses from category variable" option below the "Create status" button. If you already have statuses in the project, click "+ New" and select "Status from category variable". Your project can contain up to 50 different statuses.
From the dropdown menu, select which of the categorical variables in your project you want to create the statuses from.
Select which of the category values you would like to create into statuses.
Click "Create"
Each of the selected values is now created into new statuses. You can edit the information on each status and adjust the settings by clicking on the edit icon (pen) that appears when you hover over the status. (See"Edit and delete statuses").
Creating statuses from a category variable will not affect the variable or the category values.
